Đậu tương là loại cây trồng mẫm cảm với hạn và mặn, do vậy nghiên cứu biện pháp tăng cường khả năng chống chịu mặn của đậu vấn đề đang được quan tâm. Protein DREB nhân tố phiên mã làm biểu hiện các gene liên đến tính tương, tuy nhiên nay còn nhiều ở chưa rõ chức năng. Nghiên này nhằm tạo chuyển phục vụ đánh giá vai trò GmDREB7 đối tương. Các phương biến nạp di truyền, tái sinh, chọn lọc in vitro phân tích đã sử dụng để GmDREB7. Từ 150 mẫu cấu trúc pZY102::GmDREB7A thu 447 chồi qua 3 lần sàng bằng phosphonothricin (ppt) 17 GmDREB7A. Nhân dòng T0 ppt 8 ký hiệu T0-1, T0-2, T0-3, T0-4, T0-5, T0-6, T07, T0-8. Kết quả PCR kháng trong nhà lưới 7 dương (T0-1, T0-8). GmDREB7A tiếp tục theo dõi thế hệ theo.
